Here is the latest update on the "One A Week" Series

This is week 7

The pastel is called "Flash Dance"

See if anyone can catch the reason for the title.

 

The still life actually happened by accident. I just grabbed some items off my shelf, set them up in a cigar box, and as I worked on the drawing it struck me that this could be a construction worker done for the day and he stopped by a dance club for a cold one.

I know I promised an update a week, but I got a little behind working on entries for shows, doing some landscaping, and other projects.

Here is the latest One-A-Week:

 

This on is called "Al E. Gator", the last of my circus animals. All of the circus animal small paintings are part of a larger piece called "Tah-Dah! The Grand Finale".

I will post that image here as soon as it is finished.
